Refund and Return Policy:

At BeeBos Bakeshop, we take pride in our baked goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24hrs of receiving your order and we will do our best to make it right.

Returns:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds:

If there is an issue with your order that we are unable to resolve, we may offer a refund at our discretion. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and may take 5 days to process.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. Orders cancelled within 72hrs of the scheduled pickup or delivery time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Please note that we are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs to your order after it has been delivered or picked up.
